• LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload): For enhanced safety, products weighing 150 lbs or more will be shipped via specialized freight carriers.
• US Fulfillment Network: Most orders ship from our primary fulfillment centers in California (CA) or Georgia (GA). As our product collection and inventory expand, we continue adding specialized warehouse locations across the United States. Regardless of which facility dispatches your order, estimated transit time remains consistently 3-7 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Please note: While we strive for punctuality, delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays such as severe weather or carrier disruptions.

5. Warehouse Pick-Up Service

Need your order sooner for a tight renovation schedule? We offer local warehouse pick-up for customers who prefer to collect their items earlier than standard delivery timelines. Because our fulfillment centers are active industrial sites, all pick-ups require advance scheduling.

How to Arrange a Pick-Up:

Our team will verify inventory at your nearest warehouse location and help you compare local pick-up drive time against our standard 3-7 business day delivery window so you can choose the fastest fulfillment option.
2. Appointment Required: Pick-ups must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance to ensure your order is safely pulled, inspected, and staged for loading.
3. Pick-Up Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (By appointment only).

Late Pick-Up Policy: To keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, timely arrival is essential. Please note that a $30 daily storage fee will apply for each day the order remains uncollected beyond the scheduled pick-up date.

6. Shipping Costs

1. Damaged or Defective Items: Our "Arrive Safe" Guarantee

We pack our marble with extreme care using specialized protective packaging, but we understand that transit accidents can happen with heavy stone items.

• The Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will provide a Full Refund or send a Free Replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
• How to Report: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Requirement: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging so our team can process your claim swiftly.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind & Natural Variations)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not the right fit for your project, we accept standard returns under the conditions outlined below.

Important Note on Natural Stone Variations: Authenticity and material truth are fundamental at Luxury Marble Craft. All product imagery on our website represents real natural marble harvested from the earth. Natural stone inherently features unique veining patterns, subtle tonal shifts, natural pores, and individual character lines. No two pieces are identical. We encourage our customers to celebrate these natural characteristics as proof of genuine marble.

Classification: Return requests based on dissatisfaction with natural stone variations (such as specific veining preferences or shade differences) or general change of mind are classified as Standard Returns. If your project requires absolute uniformity, we kindly advise reviewing product specifications carefully prior to ordering.

Return Conditions & Process:

• Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed securely in their original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return freight and shipping costs to our designated US fulfillment facility.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. This fee covers the specialized labor required for unboxing, inspecting, and repackaging heavy natural stone products.
• Step 1 (Authorization): Email us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization and the designated return address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
• Step 2 (Shipment): Ship the authorized return using a trackable shipping service.
• Step 3 (Refund): Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be issued minus the 20% restocking fee.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Inspection & Approval: Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center, our quality control team will inspect the item and send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
• Processing Time: Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

• User-Caused Damage: Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-refundable.

• Design & Functionality: Designed exclusively for wall applications in both residential and commercial spaces, ideal for adding texture and depth to living rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and more.
