Heavy-Duty & Architectural Logistics (Trade & Contractor Program): Monumental pieces (such as oversized, single-block carved bathtubs or multi-ton sculptures) require specialized handling. For these oversized custom shipments, we operate strictly on traditional B2B trade terms (FOB or CIF). While we manage the global freight and secure shipping to your designated port (under CIF), please note that destination customs clearance, container unloading, and final inland transportation to the project site are the sole responsibility of the client or their appointed contractor.
