Unboxing & Assembly FAQ

To ensure a seamless experience, here is a quick guide to unpacking and assembling your new luxury table:

• Q: What is included in the packaging?
  A: Upon opening the carton, you will find the accessory pack on the top layer. The pack contains 8 washers, 8 screws, and 1 hex key.

• Q: How do I safely unpack the marble components?
  A: First, remove the top foam layer, and you will see 2 table legs. Take out the legs and place them gently metal-side down on a soft surface. Next, remove the second foam layer to locate a removable circular foam plug. Take out the plug to reveal the tabletop, and remove the outer protective foam around the tabletop to fully expose it. Must lift the tabletop gently.

• Q: How should I assemble the table?
  A: After removing the tabletop, place it face-down on the first foam layer for assembly. Do not place it directly on hard surfaces to avoid scratches or damage. Position the 2 legs on the corresponding areas of the tabletop's underside. Secure the screws by first placing the washers, then tightening the screws. Flip the table upright once all screws are fastened.

• US Fulfillment Network: Most orders ship from our primary fulfillment centers in California (CA) or Georgia (GA). As our product collection and inventory expand, we continue adding specialized warehouse locations across the United States. Regardless of which facility dispatches your order, estimated transit time remains consistently 3-7 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method.

• Standard Delivery: Typically 3-7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Our team will verify inventory at your nearest warehouse location and help you compare local pick-up drive time against our standard 3-7 business day delivery window so you can choose the fastest fulfillment option.
2. Appointment Required: Pick-ups must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance to ensure your order is safely pulled, inspected, and staged for loading.
3. Pick-Up Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (By appointment only).

Late Pick-Up Policy: To keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, timely arrival is essential. Please note that a $30 daily storage fee will apply for each day the order remains uncollected beyond the scheduled pick-up date.

We pack our marble with extreme care using specialized protective packaging, but we understand that transit accidents can happen with heavy stone items.

• The Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will provide a Full Refund or send a Free Replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
• How to Report: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Requirement: Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging so our team can process your claim swiftly.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind & Natural Variations)

We encourage our customers to celebrate these natural characteristics as proof of genuine marble.

Classification: Return requests based on dissatisfaction with natural stone variations (such as specific veining preferences or shade differences) or general change of mind are classified as Standard Returns. If your project requires absolute uniformity, we kindly advise reviewing product specifications carefully prior to ordering.

Return Conditions & Process:

• Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed securely in their original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return freight and shipping costs to our designated US fulfillment facility.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. This fee covers the specialized labor required for unboxing, inspecting, and repackaging heavy natural stone products.
• Step 1 (Authorization): Email us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization and the designated return address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
• Step 2 (Shipment): Ship the authorized return using a trackable shipping service.
• Step 3 (Refund): Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be issued minus the 20% restocking fee.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Inspection & Approval: Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center, our quality control team will inspect the item and send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
• Processing Time: Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank processing times.
