  1. Accessory Retrieval: Upon opening the carton, locate the accessory pack on the top layer (8 washers, 8 screws, and 1 hex key). Remove the top foam layer to begin.

  2. Base Slab Preparation: Carefully remove the two Base Slabs and place them gently on a soft surface with the metal-side facing down.

  3. Tabletop Exposure: Remove the second foam layer and the circular foam plug to fully reveal the natural Diamond Pink marble tabletop.

  4. Safe Handling: With at least two people, gently lift the 35.4" tabletop and place it face-down on the protective foam layer. Never place the polished marble directly on hard surfaces to avoid scratches.

  5. Structural Integration: Position the two Base Slabs onto the corresponding mounting areas on the tabletop's underside.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our designated US facility.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the labor cost of unboxing, inspecting, and repacking the heavy stone to ensure it's safe for the next customer.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com to request a Return Authorization and the correct return address. (Note: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.)

    2. Ship the item back using a trackable service.

    3. Once received and inspected (to confirm no damage), we will process your refund minus the 20% fee.

3. Refund Processing

  • Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at LMC@luxurymarblecraft.com.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

Please note that the following situations are exempt from refunds:

  • User-Caused Damage: Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Final Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be refunded.
